Wash and thoroughly wet your nose — the strip won’t stick to dry skin

Peel the strip off the plastic liner with dry hands.

Apply the strip to your moisturized nose, smooth side down, and press to make full contact.

Leave on for 10–15 minutes, until the strip feels stiff and dry.

Slowly peel off starting from the edges toward the center.

Rinse off any residue with water.
